When Sara came to Hebrew school a few weeks ago on Wednesday she was visibly upset. One of Sara's 4th grade classmates had made an unkind comment to her about the fact that Sara is Jewish.⁣⁣
Sara came to Hebrew school feeling sad and isolated. No one in her class or any of her school friends are Jewish like she is. ⁣
Before beginning the lesson Morah Mushkie asked the Hebrew School students who feel lonely, like they are the only Jew in their class and in their school? ⁣
⁣Every single student raised their hand!⁣
